Safety and Crisis Support
Worrier is built for ordinary anxious thinking. Some moments need a person, not a journal. Here is how to reach one.
If you are in crisis, do not use Worrier to get help.
Worrier is not monitored and cannot respond to an emergency. Contact a crisis line or emergency services directly.

Writing a worry down can help you see it more clearly, but it is not a way to ask for help. Worrier does not send alerts, does not detect risk, and no person reads what you write. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or if you feel unsafe, contact one of the services above right now.
Worrier is a wellness journal, not medical care.
Worrier helps you write worries down and revisit what actually happened. It does not provide medical, psychological, or crisis care, it cannot diagnose or treat any condition, and nobody monitors what you write. It is not a substitute for a licensed clinician, and it never replaces emergency services.
What Worrier does
- Gives you a private place to write down what you are worried about.
- Keeps those worries grouped around the event they belong to.
- Lets you mark, afterwards, whether each worry actually happened.
What Worrier does not do
- It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any condition.
- It does not provide therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological advice.
- It is not monitored by clinicians, moderators, or volunteers.
- It does not contact anyone on your behalf, ever.
- It does not replace emergency services or a crisis line.
If you are supporting someone else
An adult may set up and supervise an account on behalf of an eligible user, as described in the Terms of Use. Supervision does not make Worrier a safety tool. Please keep crisis resources easy to reach for the person you support, and do not rely on the journal to tell you how they are doing.
Getting ongoing care
If worry is taking up a lot of your life, a licensed clinician can help in ways this app cannot. A primary care provider, a local mental health service, or an employer or student assistance program is a good first step. Find A Helpline also lists non-emergency support options in many countries.
About World and Trends
Everything on this screen is seeded demo content written for the prototype. It is never private journal data, and no worry you write is ever published here. Please do not read those screens as evidence about how common a worry is or how often worries come true.
Privacy while you are in a hard moment
Your journal stays private to your account and is never published. Read the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how to delete it.
